No more salon
This is a great product! I found it best to boil some water and let it cool a bit, and then add the pen to liquify the wax. Hot tap water just wasn’t doing the trick. I also keep the pen in the hot water when I’m not using it. Do small areas and don’t wax over the same area more than once. Will definitely repurchase this item.

Not efficient
I bought this product as I was looking for a way to wax my brows at home with ease instead of having to have it done at a salon however, it takes multiple tries just to get one area clear, and even then it does not pull all of the hair, especially the course hair up. I have very dark hair so facial hair is easily noticeable. This product did not do a very good job of removing the unwanted hair.
