Smart U Ironing System

This particular iron was actually returned due to catastrophic damage during delivery. My hear just sank and I was so worried about the return, but, Amazon refunded me quickly and without problems. So, I purchased another one from a local retailer in Phoenix. Again, I had a problem with a large dent in the metal iron board top. I will say that they could have responded quicker, but at the end of the day, I am happy with a replacement from LauraStar and this iron is fantastic. Not for everyone though. Definitely a midlife crisis purchase.

The unbelievable steam and power this iron has is unbelievable! I would highly recommend anyone that uses an iron often or cutting sewing, or just everyday ironing. This is the best ironing system. Available.

I am very happy with this product. I received it 2 days ago and we are impressed how well the steam works. Be aware that I have nothing to compare it to. One detail that you should know about: in the US the retractable cord is not allowed yet. That feature is allowed in Europe, not in the US. So do not be surprised to watch their tutorials (European company)and see that feature shown and yet your machine does not have it here in the US. (explanation I received from vendor the same day I asked)

Expensive? Yes. Produces huge quantities of magic dry steam as needed? Yes. Worth the price? If you do a lot of ironing, quilting, textile projects... Yes.

I love this ironing system. Does excellent job making steam and drying fabrics. I wish I had bought it years sooner. Sales support has been great. Would buy again.

Water filter came broken. Box came broken. The product is fine but super heavy

When we are using it stopped working and power off. I called the support and sent it to repair. But still happened the same problem and hard to get the customer service.

My hoopty that cost $1700 works better than this $2800 product.
