Bought this for my daughter she loves it. She only carry a single 1/2 binder and her Mac book for school but here we are 3 weeks into school and the strap broke. I would say this would be good for light use and not school.

Cheap thin materials.
This backpack is super cute. I love the style and I love the little accessories it comes with. The big issue is that the backpack itself is made of very cheap materials. After about 1.5 months of use both clasps on the straps (the strap adjusters) snapped in half so I couldn't even wear this bag anymore. I used superglue and a 3d printing pen to fix the strap adjusters cause the bag is so cute but this isn't a great fix. The buckle on one of the front pockets broke off sometime after that and I can't find it. Also one of the zippers doesn't work anymore. Really disappointing because its so cute.

Love it!!
I love this I bought it it took like 5 days I waited 3 days and then it came! I love the color the thing it also has and it’s so cute it’s pretty deep so its pretty useful with like deep books again I love it I am so happy and it was all perfect nothing broken just a pretty cute backpack!!

ONE MONTH
Back pack was cute and all BUT after a few weeks of use zipper would get stuck , THEN the back pack strap ripped off. I did read the review but I still hoped for the best since my daughter likes the back pack very much, but I would avoid getting this back back at all costs!

Very cheap - edited
With in the first month one zipper already broke and now one of the straps came completely undone. We have only had the bag for a little over a month and of course we can no longer return it.Edit:After leaving this review the seller reached out offering to give me a full refund. My daughter really loves this backpack so I asked if they could just send another one to replace the one that broke and they agreed. Hopefully the new one holds up! I am very impressed with the seller and their attempt to make it right!

Falling apart
The bag is very cute and my daughter loves it. But it started falling apart after a few weeks. One of the straps came off and the other was hanging on for deer life. The stitching around the zipper was coming unraveled. Thankfully I know how to sew and was able to fix it, then reinforce the stitching since my daughter loves the bag.
