Great product for a great price. Nice variation of sizes and colours. If you’re looking for waterproof, I think they are at best water resistant only.

You’ll be surprised how much equipment or gear you can get into these dry bags. There is definitely no need to waste your money on the more expensive brands. These do just the same job.Unless you want 100% waterproof dry bags, then I would invest in that kind of bag as these are not waterproof.

Quite the deal

Definitely NOT waterproof, even when rolled down 4+ times. They retain 3 stars though, as they will still be useful in keeping pack gear organized. For mere amusement I loaded them up with some misc gear for weight, then tons of crumbled newspaper, loaded it in the pack and jumped in the pond to simulate a river crossing. While my pack is "near" waterproof, it cannot survive a full submersion. Once water get to the very top where the zippers meet, she'll start taking on water. Sure enough, 4 of 5 bags had wet newspaper in them. I do not anticipate such abuse on pack trips, hikes, or even on my "bug out" routes, so they will still perform the tasks they were intended for. I did coat them with camp dry, and that may help, but I have no intention of jumping in the pond again - that was nasty!
