This is a great tripod for when you want to simply sit at your desk and record a quick video with your phone. There are many times I don’t want to set up my large tripod with a circle light. I definitely does the job, and I like the flexibility of the legs. Would recommend.

Works as advertised. Tripod takes some getting used to as it's sometimes hard to get a level shot, but I already expected that, and, the tripod is fully adjustable so you can move it so it's roughly level at least. Another thing I like is that there are multiple adjustments you can make. It's really well designed. The only trouble I've had was making sure one leg is placed where the phone is, because if I don't then the tripod will tip over. But as long as that front leg stays in the front, I have no problems.The remote works fine. I didn't test its range fairly. But sometimes I noticed when shooting video from a somewhat long distance (20-30 ft? - basically, about 3 table tennis tables or so), the remote didn't work. HOWEVER, it did work from 6-8 ft away, and, as I was quite busy doing another activity I may have actually turned off the transmitter so that I didn't accidentally stop the recording, lol. It would be interesting to test line-of-sight range though. I predict it would actually work from 20ft away.Another thing I like is that the transmitter has a power switch. That way it's not powered on when you're not using it.I like the gray case. It keeps things neat and cozy when in a bag full of other sports equipment. It's soft to the touch, like micro-fibre.The package came with two screws that I have no idea what they're for. To be fair to the company, someone from customer service contacted me through email asking if I had any questions. I mentioned the screws, and the company asked to send a photo of what I was talking about. I never did. Probably is used for other devices. But for the iPhone, the standard clip works as intended.One note of caution is if person has a very thick phone case, or a case with an added feature like mine such as a phone stand. That stand makes it a little thick and the clip has trouble gripping the phone. But I make it work.

I love this little tripod! I bought this tripod because I was always having stability issues with the standard folding model. I love this design because the clamps ensure my phone never falls. The feet of the tripod also have a gripping texture, meaning the stand itself will not slip on your surfaces. I am also looking forward to taking the tripod on outings, as the legs can be bent to stand upon uneven surfaces or curled around things like branches. This device is really neat, as it gives you many ways to use it. It is also small enough that it doesn't take up much room in your bag, making it really portable when compared to the standard tripods that are really tall and rigid.I recommend this tripod for anyone wanting an upgrade to their ordinary phone stand, or a neat gadget for outdoor photography. I’m basing my 5-star review on my short demoing of the product out of the box. I’ve not extensively used it, but feel like I have a good idea on how it’ll perform. The reason I got this particular portable tripod is because of the rotating phone holder (iPhone 7+ fits with no issues) that will allow both horizontal and vertical photos to be taken. One of worries was the top heaviness. I successfully placed he phone in the tripod, turned the phone holder so that it will allow vertical photos and confirmed that it does not tip to the left or right. I wouldn’t trust this on a ledge looking over a 20ft+ drop, but for most uses, I feel like it’ll be safe. The ball joint is also adjustable and can be tightened to allow stiffer/looser movement of the device. I also tried the clicker. Does feel cheap like others have mentioned, but this is to be expected for the price. It paired super fast and easy and took the pictures without issue. Without the camera app being up, it adjusts the volume on my iPhone to go up, but not down using the second button. One cautionary note that I’ll give perspective buyers is that with any bendable leg, it’s going to be hard to get it back to “0”. Once they’re bent out out of straight position, I’m not sure it’ll be too easy to try and straighten them back out. I don’t plant I’m using them in that way, but was a nice just in case. Overall, for price and function, it’s spot on. It’ll make a great hiking/portable tripod for my uses.
