A nice little applicator. the bristles are firm enough to evenly apply any wax and durable enough that I haven't noticed any loss of bristles. with a little care and maintenance, it should last and provide good value.

Applied the polish evenly. A few bristles came out, but nothing major. A little hard to apply around edges, but I suppose that is what a q-tip is for.

This is a great brush for the money and my shoes haven't looked better. They take it serious when making their brush!

It is a polish brush. It has one job. It does that job.No obvious craftsmanship failures like the handle being made out of wet noodle or the bristles falling off when blown upon like a Dandelion.

This brush works better than a cloth or sponge type applicator. This little brush works the polish/preservative into all the little cracks and crevasses.

Works great, gets in all the seams. Much better than applying it with a rag like I used to. What was I thinking?

The lettering completely flaked off the first time I cleaned this brush with turpentine. But who needs branding? The wood handle isn't very well finished, but you can improve it with a bit of sandpaper and linseed oil (or even mink oil). Actually, the construction quality is rather poor. But on the other hand, what matters is that the bristles are strong and don't fall out. I'd recommend having a couple of these brushes on hand. I use this brush for cleaning boots with saddle soap and for applying cream polish. It's important to have a smaller brush for penetrating the nooks and crannies. Note: whatever the package directions say, this is an applicator brush, not a buffing brush.Edit: Upon further consideration, I'm disappointed. The same brush from Kiwi has better bristles and a nicer finish and is available for the same price in local stores. M&B is just a marketing name meant to make you laugh and fool you into thinking you're buying quality. It's not worth the money because it's far from the best.

Despite the reviews mentioning bristle loss, I have yet to experience something like that. Surprised me when I saw made in Germany on the box. Works well for its intended purpose, no bristle loss for me.

It is a nice little brush and works well. The small brush makes it easier to work on small surfaces. The round head means I can use it directly onto the polish tub to get the paste before applying it to the polishing surfaces.I haven't used it much but I'm satisfied with it. When applying the polish paste, I move the brush in quick and light circular motions. I haven't noticed any falling out hairs from the brush, so far.

Not worth the money I spent. I figured it would spread the polish and not shed like a German Shepherd in the summer. The first time applying shoe polish to my boots, I ended up covering them with the hairs from the brush. No matter how much I attempted to clean loose hairs from the brush, more would find it's way onto my boots. Would not buy this product again. In the future I will be spending the money on a painters brush that doesn't shed.

I needed a good brush or dauber to use shoe polish on a large area. Specifically, an old leather chair we had. It worked very well. I will certainly get another if I am ever in a similar situation.
