I am an older petite woman with attention deficit and anxiety. I bought the Elle fidget and have only had it a few days. I received it very quickly. It is small and attractive and yesterday I was travelling for five hours and it proved very helpful. Amazing how it kept me occupied and calm. So many ways to play with it subtly so as not to annoy others. Just the right size and the variety of things your fingers can do with it are interesting. Love my Elle fidget and will keep it nearby at all times. You never know when it will come in handy. I really think the claims are true that it reduces stress, decreases anxiety, and improves dexterity. I haven't had an opportunity to check out it's ability to increase focus, but I can see how it would work for that too, by keeping random mind action at bay and keeping you more calm.

I bought this because I needed something small enough to fit in my tiny hands that I could fidget with discreetly. I wear a ring size 4.5 on my middle finger for size reference, and it fits perfectly in my hands. I can loop it over my finger and wear it like a ring while fidgeting with the band. It's great! I have horrible anxiety that is crippling at times and I am hoping this tool can help me in public situations. So far I haven't been able to put it down which I think is a good sign!!

My daughter was in the Las Vegas Shooting..... I purchased this fidget toy to help her stop rubbing her hands in a panic attack episode. This has really helped!!! She carried it in her pocket or her purse at all times. I am happy to say, ONE year later, she is doing so much better!!! and this fidget toy is still in her purse.... JUST IN CASE!! The fidget toy is very smooth, with the colored band being a little different texture - The movement of the fidget toy is smooth so she can rub it, flip it, etc with NO noise and no complications!!! I LOVE this product and would highly recommend it!!

Go figure. I lost it in the first week. I left it in my pocket as I went from meeting to meeting then forgot where I left it. It's so small/compact and looks like your keys so no one questions why it's in your hands or on your desk when you're in a meeting which is what I like the most about it. I'll be ordering another. (be extra careful if you have small children, it's really appealing to them and they want to put it in their mouths)

I have the rizzle and my daughter kept asking for one for class (she's in 1st grade). She was reading one day and very fidgety unable to pay attention. I handed her the fidget and she slowed down while reading and just calmed down overall. It was so great to watch and it didn't make a loud noise so she's able to have it in class and not bother others. I've already had friends ask where their kids can get one. Definitely will order more for the rest of my family and friends.
