Reflexology Poster (22 x 28 inches): Laminated QuickStudy Anatomy Reference

This chart is just what I needed for an easy-access reference in my home while I study and practice reflexology. I have it in a prominent location so I can stop by (as I do many times per day) to check on a specific reflex point. Also appreciate the hand reflex info (I’m primarily studying feet but it’s nice to be able to reference the hands too). It also came nicely packaged to prevent any damage while shipping. But be warned, while laminated, it is quite thin, so it easily creases (and then you can’t get those out), so you’ll want to immediately hang it up after you take it out of the case, rather than do what I did and try to look it over while handling it in its rolled state and not pinned to something.

Great to learn

I just got my first foot massage in Las Vegas and then in New York. When she massaged my feet & hands I realized how it got rid of my headache and shoulder pain. The massage therapist explained reflexology to me and told me I could get the diagrams on Amazon.I meet with a group of seniors and we massage each other's hands and feet to relieve minor pains. Not to replace serious pain. These diagrams are GREAT. They are laminated which I like so they don't tear and are easy to read. I have fibromyalgia pain and these pressure points do help, most can be done by your self.Also would be great for medical students and massage therapists.

The chart reached quickly after ordering. Points on chart were clearly defined and coloured chart made it easy to identify the different areas. However, so much detail made the chart feel crowded and overwhelmed the senses at times and forced you to concentrate much too hard to find what you are looking for.Over all a good effort but comparing with other chart I got, there is room for improvement. The quality thickness of the lamented chart should be improved for longevity purposes, even if you have to pay more. I am sure this chart will be used very often.If any body is reading and listening to what I am saying ...please bring out a chart for sujok hand therapy there is a need for one.

The photos I saw only showed the feet, however when I received the 8x11 chart - it opens like a book and on the inside it shows the hands. This is a great outline of the pressure points of the hands & feet, color coded & mapped from multiple views. Very informative. I also purchased the Rainbow Hand Reflexology/ Acupressure Massage Chart which has written information as well as pressure points but this one has a more descriptive outline. I purchased this chart to go along with my foot RUBZ ball and found it was really easy to use. I liked it so much I got another as a gift for my Father. It is easy to read and nicely laminated. I liked that it has hands on the other side. It is a much better chart then those in my reflexology books. I would recommend this to anyone interested in reflexology.

An absolutely wonderful chart.One side illustrates the feet. It opens up to show corresponding reflexology pressure points on the hands. That was a wonderful surprise for me : )The detailed, color illustrations are perfect for beginners. You can access and help any part of your body - it's all listed with arrows pointing to the area.I would recommend this for anyone.Too bad there are no reflexology pressure points for wrinkles : }
