First, size is subjective, if you want a good fit you need measure things out for yourself to visually see if it will work for you.This plug is well made, easy to clean and interesting to use depending on what you want to achieve. For me the small was to small and I could not keep it in unless I don't move. Oddly enough the large is a tight fit it get it in but I seem to experience the same issue. Use lube and don't ignore what your body is telling you when inserting.Like other have said, if you don't want to deal with poop, clean your self out or make preparations.

It says large but I have no issue with inserting it. Likely it is me but I was hoping for a larger plug and will probably have to build this one up to make it more it bigger and pleasurable.As one other reviewer stated, the base could be a bit larger. Everytime I have had this in me I began to swallow the base as well leaving me anxious about another trip to the emergency room. My solution to this will be a tail to assist in pullout if I need it.The final recommendation, as reviewed, is to pre-douche or plan on wearing a diaper. Things will flow out without you even knowing. So if you are going out in public you will need to plan ahead. Clean up is super easy.Definitely fun and a keeper!

It’s a good toy as part of a toy collection. Make sure it is used with plenty of outer lubricant along with whatever else is needed to relax the muscles. There is plenty of curve between the bulb part and the base so that I didn’t worry about it slipping completely inside. The circumference measurements are roughly 8.5” bulb, 5.5” neck, and 8.5” base. Once in place, it was hardly noticeable except that air occasionally escaped from the hollow center. Measure the circumference of your other toys to make sure you can accommodate this one. It is large, but not too large.

This hollow plug is soft yet firm. The hole is fun because it allows you to look inside once inserted, however, the circumference of the hole is much too small to insert any toys and the depth is much too deep for my fingers to pass through. The size and dimensions are as the product describes.

im sure this would be a lot of fun to use but for me its a bit to big so for right now im just sticking to the medium size oneUpdate 8/17/21: I was finally able to get this in after ive been stretch my hole out for a feel weeks and it felt WONDERFUL. it will leave you feeling full if you arent used to the size

i wish i could find a wider hollow butt plug that vibrates. very good quality. after a few hours anal starts to get itchy for some reason i guess do to heat but if i use Vaseline lubricant around anus and hollow butt plug doesn't get as itchy till about 6 hours recommend a few hours at a time till used to plug size. while using this plug i love how poo goes flows straight out of me into my diapers and i recommend laxatives for little's with this plug that wanna mess without knowing like a baby feels amazing and orgasms from plug with vibrator against anus with diapers is amazing.

This thing is really really big.....not for those that cannot take A LOT of girth. It is not giving at all very rigid and hard to get in if you even can.....unless you can take a fist don't try this size try the next step don this thing just sits in a box sad and unusable

Why oh why is the outside not smooth? It's a very large size and not flexible at all.
