Komfort Kollar Inflatable Neck Support Travel Pillow (Medium)

Finally, someone made a travel neck support collar that provides the support needed to relax and get some sleep. The soft fabric is attached to the blow up rubber bladder so it won’t sliding around. The collar blows up easily and stores away flat. Just look at this collar and then compare it with pictures of other like products and you will see the difference in support.

I like the Komfort Kollar a great deal but have one caveat. I like it because it is comfortable and the under-chin velcro tab keeps it in place all the time without effort. I purchased one recently for a long trip, inflated it at home, determined how it worked, was happy with it and put it away until flight time, then used it. It was a success, to a point, and that point was when I removed it only to find that the under-chin tab had pulled loose and no longer functioned. By the time I returned home, the 30 day Amazon return period had expired so I contacted the Customer Support email address given at the company website, but received no response. I tried again some days later and again had no response. Then I dug deeper into the website and found a different address which, while not customer support, at least was an alternative. I tried it (it went to a different company), received a prompt response and a new Komfort Kollar in the mail. So, by all means buy the product, but test it thoroughly before leaving home for the customer support you will need in case of trouble isn't readily available.

I've looked at the latest and greatest new pillows out there and prefer one that deflates as I take minimal luggage and don't want to lug around a pillow. This style has good cervical support and it surround the neck giving 360 support maintaining a straight neck (just like the picture)that has your neck held at an angle or allowed to fall forward.. I have had one for 10 yrs and it just developed a leak and I need a new one.After reading the comment about the sizing I checked mine and I can't find a size on it any where. Where is the size labeling?Other question I have is has the company added any new inflation device instead of blowing it up?
