This has been super helpful. I hated having to navigate all of the iCloud and iPhone photos since it’s just so much work deciphering what is on the cloud and what isn’t. I like that I was able to easily just transfer everything into the drive with a peace of mind and then magically seeing I finally have more space and don’t have to deal with that notification popping up

I bought 2 of these as my wife's phone storage was completely full, and mine was nearing capacity. After reading the instructions through, I highly recommend reading them carefully, the app download was quick, connection was easy, and photo transfer was a breeze. Make sure you have a good quality cord. The first cord I used wouldn't connect. I tried my usual charging cord, and it connected right away.

Bought this for its compatibility with Mac and iPhone. Worked okay with my iphone but I really disliked the way the files organized themselves. Had to click through 5 different folders to get to my upload. However, it did not work at all with my Mac. The device would stall out whenever I plugged my Mac in. I was completely unable to even try backing up files.
