ive had the nu-calgon coil gun for ten years and it finally crapped out so i decided to try this one out. it works just like the coil gun ive used for work for years and the sprayer nozzle has a nice rubber grip on it. overall very pleased with the coil cannon!

This cleaning cannon did everything that it promised it would. The mixing ratios are right on the bottle and are super easy to select. The foaming tip does foam, but nothing like a pressure washer foam cannon. It’s a soft foam that coats the coils on the condenser unit effectively. The quick connects are useful and work well - I added my own quick connect adapter to go from the handle to my hoses.My only reservation is that this isn’t REALLY necessary to do the job that needs to be done. A tank sprayer with the same ratios of water to cleaner will penetrate the coil gunk and do an effective job. If you have one of those, then by all means, skip this. If you don’t, or want a dedicated unit for only these alkaline chemicals, then go for it.

Have used this device several times now. Have used everything from Simple Green to actual coil cleaner. Foams each up with no problem, easy on and off to rinse. Easy to adjust mix concentrations and really handy for cleaning solar panels with mild cleaners!

As an HVAC tradesman, I love this! I can toggle if I have more or less grim on a condenser coil or rooftop unit coil. No more mixing and having to guess. Just spray and go! When you’re rinsing with just water you have to find the sweet spot to get the jet to work which is like 7/8 the way pressed in. Worth the money highly recommend!

Easy assembly, filled up container 1/2 way with non foaming coil cleaner and then water hose. Nice soft gentle stream flowed as squeezing the trigger handle and appears the flow rate dial works nicely. Once cleaner detergent was gone I simply disassembled the tank and rinsed out by squeezing the trigger again then reassembled the tank. Used the same method for cleaning to rinse clean outside AC coil.

Used the whole bottle for one condenser set at 4:1 - not sure if the thing worked or not? The foaming action was not as good as what I have seen presented in other professional videos. There were no instructions for what orientation the foaming nozzle is supposed to be inserted, although it appears it does not matter because it looks like it is unidirectional. Overall it must work better than the aerosol cans.
