Worst Product & Worst Amazon Service Ever!
This is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had on Amazon. The product quality is extremely poor, completely not worth the money. Within a short time I realized it was not usable and immediately requested a return. But the worst part is Amazon’s terrible service. I initiated the return 4–5 times, and every time the support executives said the pickup was arranged — but no one ever came. Even after contacting customer support more than several times, no action, no pickup, and no refund. One of the escalation executives even disconnected the call without resolving anything. This whole experience has been a complete waste of time, money, and trust. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this product and think twice before relying on Amazon’s service.
