Was happy to be able to find this pepper variety packed in a set! The price was very reasonable and the peppers were so colorful. I used them to make birria tacos and they were delicious I will buy these again.The heat level was not too hot, just a definite spice taste as opposed to flames in your mouth.

Love the different elements of flavor and heat these babies make to my dishes. Will be purchasing again in the future when needed. The assortment of flavors you get for the price is great. (At least in my opinion as obtaining such peppers in my area is difficult)

Good selection of whole dried peppers ready to rehydrate and use in chili and other recipes. Tasted good, not too hot, and easy to prepare. I estimate that this amount is enough make 4-5 batches of Chili Colorado.
