Can you use gel with this?

Yes, I put the gel in first, then spray it on.

How long does it last?

Usually until you wash it. Recommend if you're going to sleep with it in your hair, wear a cap or it will stain your pillowcase

It doesn't on me. Unless you swet very hard i dont think u will encounter any issues with the product.
