Like this especially since made with lamb. I like spicy, but this one is very, very spicy. Only had a little at a time. High in sodium which I knew since all jerky is but got it anyway.. Have ordered twice cause do like it and told myself I deserved a treat. Will order again after a bit of times has passed.

Lamb is not my taste. There are better, its not dry enough

I thought this was very good jerky, better than any Jack Links I've had. However, $6 for 2oz seems a bit steep. It's ok for a "treat" every once in awhile, but definitely too expensive for me to consider it a regular snack.

If you haven't tried Ch'arki, you MUST! This is a delicious treat that's perfectly made with just the right amount of New Mexico red chile. Read about this on Livestrong.com and was hoping that it would be an excellent option for me as a low carb protein snack but alas I see that there is high fructose corn syrup buried in the list of ingredients. That negates the claim to GMO-free in my book.

The Red Chili is so good! I am from New Mexico and we have a lot of Red Chili and CH'ARKI got it perfect. Not to hot just perfect. I love how the jerky is Gluten-Free no filler no preservatives👌🏼I highly recommend this jerky and yo try all the flavors.Mikela Chapin

I can't have gluten so this was a great thing for me, great snack, my 10 year even likes it, comes in more favors too!!!! Love that they feed the lambs with clean grass grown from hydroponic system! Very cool!
