Item arrived very quickly as mentioned. Came in the original Microsoft box with a certified refurbished sticker and was packaged like new. Item was in great condition and wouldn’t be able to tell it was refurbished. Works great and the battery has lasted hours. Perfect for my schoolwork and on the go. I would highly recommend as I was very pleased.

I found that the Screen is too small to really get work done on it, I am still trying to use it but it looks like I will return it.

I have an older version of this little machine and it had served me well. The issue isn't with the computer itself it's with the condition that it came in. It was advertised as being in new condition, but when I got it the power cord was slashed into places rendering it unusable. I decided to go ahead and use the power cord with my old surface go, which worked, but I discovered that although the seller says the machine comes with Windows 11, it did not it had Windows 10. I returned it. And to add insult to injury, you have to pay to send it back.

As you can see on the picture. It came in a new package, not original. But display has clearly visible scratches.

This arrived quickly, which is great, but it's advertised as coming with Windows 11 Pro pre-installed. Instead, it came with Windows 10 Pro. I could've purchased a cheaper device for Windows 10.
