I love how this massager works. Only problem is that it doesn't work for long. I use an Amex that doubles the warranty for free, so when mine broke in 1 years and 4 days, I was fine. The problem isn't with Zillion - I've tried many different brands and they all break down very quickly. So four starts but be warned that they don't last,

This massager allows me to work without any issues and really helps work out a lot of soreness.Maintenance 5/5: After a year and a half of daily use for 30 minutes to 2 hours per day, one of the plastic parts broke. The product has a zipper that makes it easy to access the internals and the part that broke is held in place with a standard phillips screw. Once I got the replacement part, it took maybe 2 minutes to replace and have back to fully functional.Support 5/5: When the above part broke, I contacted customer support from their website. They replied almost immediately and asked for pictures of the product and broken piece. After I sent pictures, they mailed me 2 replacement parts for free. I wish all companies stood by their products like this.
