Gorgeous deep, complex and rounded flavours
This is a lovely balsamic, that's difficult to fault.I was keen to try it as it's been a best buy in various reviews, and I can see why.The flavours are rich and complex with a sweet umami about it.It doesn't leave a sharp aftertaste, so should be quite versatile in the kitchenIf you want o take your cooking to the next level it's worth a punt.it's not cheap, but compared to other high end balsamics which go for £40+ its really good value.Overall a 10/10 .. Nice bottle too:)

Great quality balsamic for salads

Complex flavour.
You can tell this has been aged in something unique. Layers of flavour. It's quite think in consistency, and also very sweet for a balsamic vinegar, so is best for drizzling.I paid £9.88 for it, which is reasonable value. Probably slightly less than a similar product from a supermarket. It's currently £7.50 though, at the time of writing this, which is very good value. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, is because I know there's a balsamic vinegar out there I like more. I can't really fault it though.

A delightful way to add body to a dish.
I always avoid balsamic vinegar with any type of artificial colouring; namely E150 (caramel colouring), as it is false and there are medical studies I shall let you make your own mind up on should you wish to research this issue. This is a very adequate balsamic vinegar for most needs and dishes. Personally, I enjoy it for cutting through the sweetness of roasted vegetables to add more substance and body.I find that it is a reasonable price and that it comes in a glass bottle is another bonus.Whilst there are many many more expensive options of balsamic vinegar, which will and do taste much better, for me, at this price point, it fulfils what I am looking for.The bottle arrived wrapped well and securely with no damage - which for some reason, is hit and miss with amazon and glass bottles.I highly recommend to all.

Some things in life are worth paying extra for, and balsamic is one of those things
Thick, sweet, lovely flavour. Expensive, but worth it.

Flavour good, consistency very thin
This is a personal preference, but I would like a thicker consistency like the Belazu balsamic vinegar. No complaints as the flavour is good.
