I love its efficiency, quietness, and silence. A compact washer with maximized capacity. Now, I can wash my bed queen comforter plus a sheet. I love its multi function cycles mode with many options to customize your wash load. Unfortunatly, the specified 23.5" inches depth does not include the door. The true overall depth including door is 25". My condominium apartment kitchen cabinet maximum available depth is 26" inches. The included Hot and Cold water hoses 90 degree metal elbows connectors add 2" additional inches; therefore, after pushing washer into closet as much as possible, the cabinet door is not fully closed has a 0.25" inch gap. My previous washer came with a single water hose with low profile 90 degrees plastic elbow connector, only 1" inch additional depth. Because wrong specified 23" inch depth (door and elbow not included), I assume that washer will fit and used the two included water hoses. Quickly, I found that washer was not fitting. I had to rearrange hoses layout and pushed washer as in as possible. I recommend that manufacturer and vendor specified the correct overall depth including door and provide two water hoses with low profile plastic elbow connectors.

It can easily run without disturbing anyone in the house. Reduced noise and vibration. Quiet and stable during operation. This machine can handle large items like comforters and bedding. Multiple cycle options including sanitize .

I purchased this washer dryer because of the size. We live in a small apartment, and it is wonderful. It's strong and very quiet during big loads of laundry, It has a sleek design and is easy to clean, and it gives you so many options to use.

I’ve had this washer for 5 months and it’s been working as it should. When it arrived it came with a crush dent in the back and contacted them and fixed it right away.

This machine bounces all over the place during spin cycle. We had it perfectly level and tried various size loads and nothing worked. It only ran smoothly when there was no clothes in it. As soon as you put clothes in it, it literally walks down the hall. Not okay for a space where you don't want a lot of noise (ie NY apartment). We returned it after we realized there was no fix for this problem.

The washer works great for my family of 6—we use it more often than three times a day!—and it holds up to the task 100%. It is quiet, easy to use, and surprisingly efficient. Would definitely recommend

This machine walks across my flooring. Damaged my flooring! I call the service number and they are closed for all HOLY HOLIDAYS!!! I’ve never heard a message like that in my life. Then the email address listed comes back as “undeliverable”… My first large purchase and the worst! The Amazon service couldn’t assist either. STAY AWAY FROM WHOMEVER THIS FRAUD OF A COMPANY IS!!!
