Bought this for back up power for freezer and refrigerator in blackouts. Works great! Ran both appliances in a test run and it was only at 51% at the end of the day. When I add the solar panels for charging, this will keep the essentials running without a problem. A part of my shipment was lost in transit and the customer service folks were awesome in quick responding, communication and resolution to the issue.

I have 2 of these. 1 has 2 B300 batteries and lasts about 4 hours running a portable A/C unit. The one with the pair of B300K batteries doesn't last as long, but for a TV and a fan, it'll last for several hours. I'm thinking of plugging my fridge into it and using the generator to charge it during the next outage.This thing is heavy (the batteries are the bulk). I have to make 3 trips to load it.It charges fast off wall power. Solar is slower. I haven't tried charging off of the truck.Catch these on sale. Buy an extra B300K or 3. B300 is no longer made. Bluetti runs a lot of sales. I'm probably going to get 4 more B300Ks to max out both units.

Awesome for my off grid playland!Amazing how quickly it will take a charge off 110. Runs my little cabin power perfectly. Worth the investment.

I waited to write this review until the problem was resolved. I am now very happy with the purchase. It is expensive, but Bluetti has a great reputation. When my AC300 and B300 arrived, the system would not come on. I called customer service, who asked me to send an email and attach a video. From that point on, all communication went through emails. I was asked to perform troubleshooting tasks and send videos. After several of these, Bluetti sent a call tag and I had to repackage the AC300 (40 pounds) and take it to a Fed Ex location to send it back. After a few days, they sent me a new AC300. We hooked everything up, and it still wouldn't work. More emails, more troubleshooting tasks were given to me with instructions to take video and send it back to them. Eventually, they sent a call tag for the B300, and I repackaged and took it to the Fed Ex drop location. It was very heavy - roughly 80 pounds. After a few days, they sent me a new B300, and this time, it worked. Yaaay!All of this took several weeks. Customer service responded politely and appropriately to every email. The problem was corrected to my satisfaction. I like the product, and although it took a long time to get it working, I am glad I purchased this unit.

Super quality at a bargain price. Quality AC sine wave for electronics. I love this machine. And look forward to the next black out.😁

I ordered an AC300 and B300 on July 8, 2024 which was delivered on July 16. The unit was almost dead on arrival. It would appear to turn on without a display. I was able to connect with both WiFi and bluetooth but it would not charge the battery. I worked with tech support that wanted me to apply a firmware patch that I never received. In the course of trying to resolve that , the AC300 failed to start. Then we went through the process of proving the B300 would take a charge. All the while tech support wanted videos which I made showing them how I tested and that the AC300 green light and display would not come on. They finally agreed to send a replacement unit which was delivered Aug 14. After returning from vacation today I attempted to power up the replacement but it is totally dead on arrival. So now I'm waiting to see what tech support is going to do. When I checked my dates with Amazon I noticed they posted that my deadline for returns was Aug 10 so they didn't give me a full month. So far I am very disappointed with Bluetti. I will update this when I get a resolution from Bluetti.Update 27 Aug 2024Worked with support again and appears to be working. May have an intermittent battery cable. After trying multiple configurations of the battery cable connection it is working and it is back to the original configuration and still working. Also had strange issues with the bluetooth connection but apparently was able to re-pair with a very cold restart.

The media could not be loaded. After All the reviews I read, I pulled the trigger on the AC300/B330K with the Bluetti car charging system. I Just received the AC300 and tried to power it up and it doesn't power up at all. I then tried to plug in to let it charge for a few hours thinking it was just too low on its charge and it's still showing no signs of life. So now I am stuck with a brand-new power station that is a big Black brick and have to deal with all the hassle of getting it replaced or fixed through Bluetti.This is also something I didn't know is that once it is delivered, you CAN NOT RETURN IT TO AMAZON. This pertains to just the batteries not the Bluetti 1 faster car charger unit.1/5/25Bluetti tech contacted me and gave 4 things to check. After that the sales team sent me a paid shipping label to send the AC300 back for a replacement unit. They have been outstanding to work with to get this issue figured out. Will update when the new unit comes in.1/17Just received the new Bluetti AC300 and it's working good. The company did a great job getting this issue cleared up. Abbie was outstanding to work with giving clear instructions on what to do and what to expect during this time. Would I buy this again...Hell yes.
