Works really well.
I used this on a concrete floor of a workshop and garage underneath a rubber mat. It provides insulation, damp proof as well as a nice cushioned feeling under foot. Works great and would purchase again.

Thin insulation foil
The product was really thin. I cant tell you about the effectiveness as yet. Quality is good, strong, doesnt rip apart easily. Straight forward instalion easy to handle. Stick well with any adhesive.
