Worked great!
We used this system rather than the hidden deck screws because we could leave a smaller gap between the boards with the screws and plugs! The screws have to be screwed in to the correct depth otherwise the little plugs will stick up! But they look great when they are installed!

Excellent finished product, but requires skill for installation
I liked these and went through two boxes. When done right, you get a very nice finish.Keep in mind:- Predrill the board 1/2 way with a 7/32" bit- Only use these with NEW stringers/jacks/beams underneath, or they will stall and get stuck- Drive on a high speed setting, non-stop until the bit disengages- Drive perfectly centered in the hole and perpendicular to the decking, or your plug won't line up wellI started using these on an old-stringer retread. I had to rip/drill out 7 screws and repair the decking. These need a lot of bite and will stall on old wood. Driving 300 into new wood/stringers, I had 100% success rate, but had to repair two where I didn't get a perfectly aligned drive, so there were gaps around the plug hole.

Well packaged. Arrived right on time.
Everything needed to fasten down composite boards is included in the box except the drill. Am very pleased with the purchase.

This is a great product provided that you pre-drill first!
This is a great product, however, you must remember that you must pre-drill in order to ensure that the screw will go all the way in as advertised. If you do not pre-drill, then you are subject to having, depending on the amount of screws you use, upwards to a 10th of them not going all the way in the composite material, thus, creating a new problem; how to get the screw out so you can pre-drill and put the screw back in and have it go all the way in the composite material as advertised. Pre-drill first!

As advertised.
Best price that I found for a great product. Screws and plugs work great and are hardly visible. I would recommend drilling a 3/32” or 1/8” hole into the Trex first. That way when you screw it in you won’t be fighting the decking and the screw head will cut the hole for the plug easier.
