I first tried SWIIG soy protein in a protein shake at my gym and I immediately fell in love. I've always hated protein shakes because of their gritty texture and high caloric content. Swiig changed everything.It has a great flavor, blends well, and is low in calories. the company shipped it quickly and although Amazon said it would take a week to get here I received my order in just a few days. The packaging was perfect, the price is reasonable and I was actually surprised by the size of the container it's huge!I can't wait to try more SWIIG products in the future!

The protein powder is delicious mixed with milk and ice. Unappetizing when mixed with water. I drink it for breakfast and it works as both meal replacement and to control any need to snack. Package arrived on time if not sooner than promised.
