Atopalm Real Barrier, Intense Moisture Cream, 50ml

I have really spent hundreds of $ to try to heal my compromised skin that was caused by a retinol peeling cream (over exfoliation). This is the only cream that has been helping. It's a great cream because it really deeply moisturizes and doesn't have the common skin irritants like most creams on the market have, especially the new preservative "phenoxyethanol" which has replaced parabens but is very irritating for some people. I hope my review can help other people since I have learned it's a very common mistake that many women do of over processing, exfoliating skin with retinol, AHA and other acids that will result in a compromised skin barrier.

I bought this after reviewing on YouTube. They did a ph level test on this and it was at a 4.5 which is equivalent to the ph on our skin they said. Well this isn't heavy feeling but it moisturizes my skin. The redness I had on my skin went away and my skin is so soft and hydrated. My husband uses this with me and he loves it as well. Definitely recommend.

I love the texture and everything about this cream. but on some days my cheek gets slight tingle and burns briefly. Maybe i'm allergic to one of the ingredients. It happene to me with cetaphil and other "good cream" too, so it may just be my skin.

You can trust any real barrier product made by this company. They healed my eczema and I get compliments on my skin all the time! I like this better than the Extreme Cream, since it’s a bit lighter for summer and has a very light herbal-aromatic smell that I love.

I ordered the Real Barrier product because I had heard it was good for sensitive skin. I was not disappointed when I received the product. The cream doesn't make me break out, which usually happens when I apply most creams because my skin is sensitive. Not only that but it is super hydrating as well!

I bought this cream August 11th, 2020 & I'm already out. I decided to purchase this full size cream after trying it in a travel size version. Pros: Wonderful for dehydrated skin. Sinks in nicely, has a refreshing scent, and left my skin feeling supple, hydrated, and smooth. Cons: 1 jar lasted only a month for me. Currently I am dealing with extremely dry AND dehydrated skin so my skin really soaked this product up. I'm switching to a more emolient and less water-rich moisturizer. Bottom line: If you have sensitive, oily but dehydrated skin, this is a great choice but be aware it may not last you long. If you have DRY skin, you'll need to layer this cream with something heavier on top to seal it in, like an oil or Real Barrier's Extreme Cream. When I first tried this product in it's travel size, it was underneath a travel size version of Real Barrier's Extreme Cream, which is thicker & more occlusive. After I bought a full-size version, I decided to save some money and not purchase the Extreme Cream, which was a mistake because I needed that extra layer.

Great product and great seller! Good moisturizer, and I do not detect any scent which is what you want!

Ich habe die drei Produkte bestellt, damit ich das geeignetste für mich herausfinden kann. Ich habe eine schwierige Gesichtshaut nach juveniler und teils Adoleszenten-Akne. Teils zu fett, teils zu trocken, Neigung zu Läsionen, kleinen Entzündungen und Pickelbildung, Gottseidank dank guter Pflege kaum wahrnehmbar und kein Drama. Das hat mir Gelegenheit zur Bekanntschaft mit vielen Cremes etc in meinem Leben ermöglicht. St. Bernhard Panthenol habe ich wegen der guten Erfahrungen mit der Marke und wegen des "Panthenol" gewählt. Panthenol tat mir früher gut, zB bei Bepanthen Augen- und Nasen-Salbe. Für meine Haut war die St. Bernhard-Creme zu reichhaltig. Pickelbildung. Wird als Körpercreme von mir aufgebraucht. Atopalm habe ich wegen der werbenden Informationen und der guten Bewertungen ausgesucht. Bei mir ist die Creme relativ fest und etwas schwierig zu verteilen. Sie zieht nicht schnell und rückstandsfrei ein. Bei mir hat sie zu Pickelbildung geführt. Ich brauche sie jetzt als Körpercreme auf. Real Barrier habe ich am meisten misstraut, da mir Herkunft und Angaben am unklarsten schienen. Sie war mit Abstand aber überraschend die Beste. Sie ist auf der Haut und sogar auf Schleimhaut ganz toll und schnell eingezogen, hinterließ ein seidiges Gefühl mit langanhaltendem Befeuchtungsgefühl, wie protektiv und wiederherstellend bei kleinen Läsionen der Haut, wie eine Art langanhaltender sehr angenehmer Hautschutz, hab ich noch nie so erlebt, und ich werde sie wieder bestellen, auch wenn sie teuer ist.

Ma peau était très sensible et ne supportait rien et cette crème a changé ma vie ! La seule crème que non seulement ma peau supporte mais qui l’améliore visiblement. Ma peau est moins sensible et plus lisse. C’est malheureusement en rupture de stock depuis un moment, j’espère vraiment qu’elle reviendra…

J'ai pris ce produit car je voulais quelque chose qui répare ma peau. Je l'utile avec mon copain, il nous a duré un mois et une semaine. Le pot est petit donc j'avais peur au début mais il est très épais donc il ne faut pas en mettre beaucoup. Ma peau était très sensible car j'avais essayé de mauvais produits avant et je ne pouvais même plus mettre de sérum sans que cela picote au niveau de ma peau. Après avoir fini cette crème, je peux remettre des sérums normalement et utiliser des AHA/BHA en tout sérénité. Je recommande fortement pour les personnes qui veulent réparer la barrière de leur peau!

Es buena por ese precio, pero podría hidratar más, es un poco líquida
