This has all the same features of the more expensive one. Good quality! Good price! Save $20 and choose this one. Adjustable for both inhale and exhale at the same or different levels.

Not worth to price
The item that was shipped to me was defective. It didn't appear to be damaged but the adjustment dial for the exhale side was fozen and couldn't be moved. As such, I can't comment on the functionality of this product. I was disappointed to find that the build quality of this product was similar to that of a plastic toy whistle. For the price, I expected a little more. I suggest that anyone considering this product to spend a few dollars more and buy something else.

difficult to adjust
I have not yet used it in my therapist office so the only observation I can make is that the adjustments are so hard to turn that I had to get a tool to tern them. I am 86 so my hands are not strong but this was beyond reasonable.

Poor quality
Speaking as a SLP, this thing is trash. Spend the extra 10 bucks and get The Breather. I bought this one so I could demo to my patients, and I wanted a different color than what my patients get. It’s good enough for demo, but I would not recommend it for therapy.
