The thin cardboard box that holds the tea bags arrived in perfect condition. Of course, the tea's delicious!

Item arrived in damaged condition. Tea bags were exposed. This is due to poor quality of item, not due to packaging.

GOOD PRICE, GOOD PRODUCT

This is a very flavorful English tea. It is packaged in a cardboard container without any protection for the tea bags. Best to order it as a solo item. Mine was shipped with a box of Bounce fabric softener which permeated the tea with a horrible smell.

This tea is, without a doubt, my favorite. If I could drink it after 4 PM without having trouble sleeping, I would. I always can get out of bed for my cup of PG tips.

The description of the bags as pyramidal is incorrect. Their bags are flat and as another customer noted, the tea is much finer (which I associate with poorer quality) and not as strong as it used to be. Very disappointing, PG Tips. I will also be finding another brand of better quality

I never thought I'd give PG Tips one star since I've loved this tea for years, but this one star is all about the packaging. Not only was this flimsy box shipped in a thin envelope, which meant it arrived a bit smashed, but the tea itself is in flat, thin bags, not the pyramid-shaped bags I've loved from day one. The Original comes in a plastic wrapped box, but this did not. The taste is OK, but it doesn't brew the same in the flat bags, and furthermore, these are advertised as The Original, in the pyramid bags. So why did I receive this cheaply-packaged version? They can't be returned, so I have to keep them, but it's the first and last time I'll make that mistake. Believe the reviews, not the Amazon ad.
