Our Samsung twin cooling fridge has been freezing up for a couple years now. The defrost doesn't melt ice that accumulates around the fan. This added heating element was simple to install and worked well in defrost mode to melt the ice so hopefully this fixes the problem. Will follow up with update.

Fixed the problem
This back up heater made the defrost work now!!
