Poor packaging equals broken cookies.
I was disappointed that they seemed crumbled at first, but that seems the nature of the cookie. I love them. The flavor is amazing.

ExcelleNt product, but it came in its own box --- no additional packaging. A lot of the biscottis were in BB pieces.
