Perfect for what I needed. Used a butcher block countertop as my desk top. This was great for feeding my computer cords through. Perfect size.

Like others pointed out, it’s not meant for a 2” hole. The illustration of the measurement is inaccurate. A little tape rapped around the side and it will fit snug.For those saying the opening is not large enough for electrical plugs, the whole cover comes off. Once the plug is through the hole, the opening in the cover only has to be large enough for the cord itself, not the plug end. I don’t see how the size of the plug would be an issue unless it was 2” or larger.Overall did the job. Would be better if the description was changed to reflect the actual diameter.

Like most products like this these are not precision cast to chamfer/expand/etc. to fill holes of various sizes. As such for a 2” hole drilled in wood with a pretty typical name brand wood but these are too small by a smidge. Two or so wraps of electrical tape fixed that issue without having to resort to glue or silicon. Beyond that they work pretty well. The insert completely comes out and you can adjust the view of the smaller hole as well. I took off 1 star for the firmament issue but beyond that a much better deal than 1 for the same price at Lowe’s that I bought previously.

This was just what I needed to cover a 2" hole in my door. It is my garage door (not the big, metal one) to the outside and the hole is for the cord used annually to connect to the generator during hurricanes. The old covering piece broke and I couldn't figure out how to replace it. Thought of the computer grommet and, upon my receipt of the 2-pack, put one on the outside and one in the inside. If/when the next hurricane comes, I will just slide open the little piece and run the cord through. When done, close it back up. Keeps the varmints outside.

While these are well-made and look nice, they run small. I have a two-inch hole in my desk, and these fit closer to a 1.75 inch hole.

I just started a new job and my new desk had two holes in it that were driving me nuts. These filled those holes perfectly and looks so much better than the useless gaping holes that were there before. They fit perfectly and look great.

Great grommets. Slightly loose in both the pedrilled holes in my desk and the ones I drilled. Not enough to make a difference. They work great and keep things clean and tidy.
