I have struggled with infertility since my early 20’s due to PCOS. I did a lot of research, trial and error, and finally I found this medicine and took t with Thorne liver detox medicine. At first I took it for 3-4 months with no success. I was still researching things during this time. I decided to take this for just my predicted ovulation time (3-5 days (I don’t remember the exact days I took it during this time)). I also coupled it with Mucinex. I am now 30 years old and 10 weeks pregnant. I guess I’m not sure if it was completely the DIM or Mucinex, but it was one or both together that did it. It was my first month doing that, and after almost 7 years of trying I got pregnant. I wanted to share my story in case it helped someone else. (Picture is when I was 8 weeks pregnant). After learning about the research on dim and the impact of estrogen on bph, I decided to try this product. According to research, estrogen is responsible for allowing dht to enter the cells of the prostate, thereby causing swelling. Many studies on dim showed how well it works to rid the body of unwanted estrogens. Unfortunately, some men experience very bad side effects from dim, I happened to be one of them. My prostate swelled beyond anything I had ever experienced, increased my nighttime urination from 1-2 times per night, to 20-30. This massive jump meant I was one of the unfortunate ones... dim had INCREASED my estrogen levels, and had even caused overflow incontinence as a result. Overflow incontinence is caused by prostate swelling and can lead to VERY sudden urges to urinate, with only a tiny amount of urine being produced. In those 20-30 bathroom trips in the night, each one was only a few drops, which clearly was an issue. This disrupted my sleep to the point where I couldn't fall asleep until 5 or 6 am. Every time I would begin to fall asleep, an urgency would hit, beyond anything I've experienced before, which was instantaneous and left me feeling like my bladder was full, which kept me from sleeping. Some nights the effects lasted a full 8 hours after my last liquid intake! To give it the benefit of the doubt, I continued use for a week, hoping the bad effects would subside and lead to improved bph symptoms, however this was not the case, and my symptoms worsened by the day.I've since stopped. My flow has returned to "normal" and the overflow incontinence is nearly gone.So why did this product get a 3 star rating and not just 1? Well, it's certainly not the fault of the product, as it works well for many men and women, although, the manufacturer should have placed a detailed warning on the package. I was aware of this possible issue, but many others are not.Women must also be very careful, as dim supplements can cause an increase in estrogen for them as well. Since most of the women taking dim are doing so because of their high estrogen levels, they must use caution when using any dim supplement.I do recommend taking it for a while and stopping immediately, if side effects present themselves. Try to rule out any other medications or supplements before writing off dim completely as well. I cut out other supplements and tried dim a second time, with the same results. At least I know for sure.

So far it's been only a week since I started using this DIM supplement and my adult acne has noticeably improved. I usually get bad cystic acne especially around my chin, jaw line and cheeks and I was just looking in the mirror and saw that most of old acne has healed and no new acne has formed. I also started using Vitex, Probiotics and witch hazel. This combo is making my acne clear up. I used another DIM brand which used to work for me but, suddenly it made me breakout like crazy and also got bad PMS. I wanted to try another brand to see if it could help my acne calm down and it did! Will update in a few weeks to see if this supplement is still doing its job.

Hormonal acne( cystic, everyday new pimple on both sides of chin), mood swings and weight loss.This is what these pills helped me with.I’ve been taking them for 6 months and I’m really just happy I found them.I take two pills in the morning everyday.If you want to try them give them a good two months but stick w it.If you skip days( not more than 3,which I have in this past month) you’ll get back to being moody but no pimples and no headache.You will feel a tingling in your breasts. If you’re a mom it will feel familiar, like you’re lactating.Also at times You will feel as if u touched a small battery with the tip of your tongue.. it’s not an “iron taste” though.It will take more than 6 months for scars from pimples to completely heal but you’ll lose that purple color after about 3-4 months?I’ve always had a pimple free face until I turned 32, always been moody especially the week before periods.I don’t diet I don’t exercise but I’m active. The difference they made is that now I feel full after a reasonable size meal and I don’t feel like snacking or treasure hunting for sugar or carbs through my kitchen.I have lost 25lbs. I’m still counting but I feel healthy and happy. Wee!

I want to start by saying that this product worked, albeit for only 3 days. This is not to take away from the product; my problem was that I was allergic to it, and developed hives, so had to discontinue my use.Why am I giving it 5-stars? My answer is two-fold, it worked and the customer service was great. As I mentioned, I only took it for 3 days, but those were the best three days I'd had in months. My hot flashes were practically nil, my focus was on point, and I was able to go at least 12 hours without wanting to cry, and even when I started to feel emotional, it was controllable. I wish that I weren't allergic to it, if I wasn't I would buy this by the case.When I contacted Evolved Organics, they were great and refunded the money in full, right away.Overall, my experience was a good one and I would definitely buy from Evolved Organics again.
