I'm a petgroomer who grooms everything, puppies to geriatrics, fear biters, cage-shy,....you get the idea. A stressed dog can pee, poo, salivate excessively, snap, bite, etc. So while in the tub (restrained) I squeeze a scant teaspoon onto a dry finger and transfer the solution to the dog/cat's muzzle, they lick it off, I finish the bath, and hopefully while under the dryer the animal's system is absorbing it. Not every pet gets a dose, but wild puppies and fearful animals are good candidates. I do seem to notice an improvement in their behavior, not scientific - so I can't give it 5 stars, but worth trying. Liquid form is easier to give than a pill, so if you have an animal that has separation anxiety, stresses on car rides, or thunder issues, I'd try it, not strong like a vet's tranq.

I have real evidence this does bring relaxation. I do take some before bed and do go to sleep!

Works for me. Has helped me with my stress and I've seen the results as my blood pressure reading are lower now.
