This is the best brand of L-Glutamine I’ve found, and it has truly saved my gut throughout chemo. I’m so thankful for it. Most people don’t realize how much L-Glutamine helps with gut repair. It supports the lining of the digestive tract and helps calm irritation, especially during treatments that are hard on the stomach and intestines. I take it daily and have seen a huge difference. I won’t go without it.

This is working for what I need it to (preventing sugar & alcohol cravings, helping balance blood sugar levels and improving gut health/ digestion). But for those reasons they recommend dose ends up being 5 or more pills as the are 500 mg’s or 1/2 a gram. Being said I noticed a big difference within a few days. (Started with one & worked my way up, With just 1 gram I could tell a difference already). I love this brand and they’ve never let me down. I won’t buy any supplement or essential oil if I don’t trust the brand. NOW also has essential oils and they have my trust as a company, always high quality, so I’m sorry to deduct a Star (& it’s partially my fault because I didn’t pay attention to the mg’s compared to where I needed to be to see the benefit I was seeking. No funny taste or smell at all.

This stuff is awesome! I prefer these over the glutamine powder. They work very well and help a lot with sore muscles and gut health. I’ve been using this exact brand for quite some time, you can’t beat the quality and price! They don’t taste like anything either.

I used to take this product many years ago as part of my gut healing journey. It worked well back then, but somewhere along the way, I stopped taking it and honestly, I’m not even sure why. Now that I’ve added it back into my routine, I’m taking one in the morning before breakfast and another between meals throughout the day. It definitely helps with bloating, which is something I’ve been needing support with lately. I can’t say it’s a miracle fix, but it’s gentle, consistent, and seems to help my digestion stay more balanced.
