A gardener that comes to fix my sprinklers recommended this turf builder, saying it's what he uses on his own lawn monthly during the warmer seasons. I totally agree with him, it is a great product. It made my pitiful lawn turn into a lush, beautiful lawn!

My favorite lawn treatment. I apply once a year in April and lawn looks great till Fall. Only thing it doesn't control is Nutsedge, but that doesn't show up until late Summer, so I just spot-spray for that.

Applied this in April and yard is dark green and flourishing. Love the item....add some dry laundry detergent, breaks surface tension of soil and gets nutrients to the roots

Works ok, but does not kill all the weeds

This stuff is great. My lawn competes with any other professionally maintained lawn. I apply it early in the early morning when there is dew on the grass and rain is expected in a couple of days. I think that is important! I do have a problem with the spreader behind my tractor. The stuff is kind of sticky by design and will periodically stop flowing. I have to keep checking it and moving it around. No stripes, but it was stressful. Other fertilizers flow smoothly.

Killed the weeds(dandelions) right away a d they haven't come back

Price was good, but it was a big bag of huge clumps. I had to keep stopping and breaking up clumps which caused a lot of spots to be over fertilized. I would not buy again

Was expecting great results, didn’t get them. I applied this in the morning when there was lots of dew. It is almost 2 weeks later and I seem to have more clover than ever. The grass doesn’t look like it greened up much and it seems like new clover is popping up. I am going to have to spray the yard with liquid weed killer.
