A-1 Official Red-Pro Handballs

I needed a handball to fill the umbrella hole in a patio table so we could put our feral cat shelters under the table. I guess "official handballs" are a lot smaller than the handballs I've always bought which I can't find anywhere now. Once I opened this can, I realized the balls are smaller and fall right through the holes. So they have now been wrapped as soccer balls for my two indoor cats.

This ball is the reification of the ultimate standard, the abstract object of "ball-ness" from Plato's realm of "the forms." Even though it is not THE form of Ball itself, this ball represents in its physical perfection, satisfying bounce, ideal size, and beautiful color the closest approximation in any possible world. Used these for their purpose, which is putting a hand onto the ball. It worked fine.

These are for the sport of handball, which is similar to racquetball but without a racquet. I'm not sure why people are confused and think these are "too hard", they are exactly what they should be.

The balls arrived in less than two days on regular shipping, which was great! I recently got into handball with a friend and we'd been using racquetballs. Once we realized there were official handball balls, I ordered these. These are the official balls for competition and they are certainly different than racquetballs. They are smaller, bounce slightly less and are significantly harder. A small part of us considered giving up after realizing how hard the balls were and how swollen and bruised our hands were after the first day of play. We're still playing, though. If you want real, competition quality handballs, order these. They ship fast, too.

I was so excited to get these. But when I got to the court and opened the can, I tried a check on the bounce. I held the ball over my head, arms stretched, I'm 6'1", and the bounce was barely too my hips. Very disappointed. I would never recommend using these.

I really thought these were so supposed to be bigger but they were like mini hand balls was a Christmas gift they thought it was a joke.
