I had been looking into exercises to strengthen my core. I wanted something other than the hundreds of variations of sit ups. I saw a video on line and the trainer was using the gliding discs to do mountain climbers and a few other moves. I found the Synergee Jet Black Gliding Discs Sliders and thought I need to try these. And guess what? I love them. It's been awhile since I've been an avid exerciser so I've started out slow with the gliders but I love them and I'm getting better every workout. Even my 14 year old son has become hooked. He's looking to improve his upper body strength. He uses these every workout. We've used the booklet that came with the discs and we've gone online and found a few others. I am very impressed how they glide perfectly over both carpet and bare floor. Easy to use, can pack these in my gym bag and use at the gym when I go and also in my living room. I would definitely recommend these for anyone who wants to switch up their core exercises and try something new.
