Bought these for wind chimes; they will work perfectly.

SKEPTICAL... Were my initial thoughts, when ordering these. However, after their arrival [back in March], I finally could get outdoors and start using them, in early April. Both have wind chimes hung off them and both are performing without 'issues', nor 'problems'. The last one hung, has a 37" + windchime and it has worked as designed. The construction and materials used are pretty decent; which mildly surprised me, having bought other's, here off AMAZON, that were simple 'junk' and didn't last... If one is looking for an affordable and decently made hanging hook, such as these. You might consider these for your purchase. As for standing up to the wind... We've recently had some pretty decent winds here, in N. Idaho [45+ MPH], and both did quite fine, as did the wind chimes. * I'll come back and give a final assessment, on these, in 3-6 mos, to let you know how they've performed. As I always say - 'It's your money...'
