Love the ingredients. My puppy loves this and eats it so fast!

I have to share with you how this dog food made such a difference in my life as well as my dachshund Hedgie who had canine epilepsy! Hedgie was having seizures weekly we were going into a pet store and he had one in the parking lot in the cart. A lady came up to me and asked what I fed him {at the time it wasn't Wellness} she told me to switch his food to Wellness and it will help him, her dog had canine epilepsy too and she switched and her dogs seizures almost went away and could be off of his medication. I switched his food to Wellness and he only had seizures maybe 1 time in 3 or 4 months!!!!! I always tell everyone about Wellness and how absolutely the healthiest dog food there is!!!! I had a dachshund who lived to be 17 and I now have another dachshund who will be 17 years old in May and I just got a dachshund puppy and all of them have eat Wellness!

My 6 month puppy had giardia and went through two rounds of treatment with our vet. After the second treatment, he was giardia-free but his stool was still mushy. We tried several brands of food - including Hill's Prescription Diet GI Biome - and none of them helped. We tried an expensive probiotic - which did nothing. Our vet wanted to do a stool analysis ($350) but I had just ordered Wellness CORE and Bernie's Perfect Poop so we decided to wait and see. Using both, his stool was better in 3 or 4 days. He's now been on Wellness CORE with Bernie's for over a month and his poop is perfect.

The quality of the food is good, but Amazon sent an expired bag.

Our puppy was having softer poops with her regular puppy food, so we changed her to this Wellness Digestive Health puppy food to see if that would help. It has really improved the consistency and regularity of her poops. She loves the food and is excited for meal times. It's a little more expensive, as all Wellness foods are, but they are worth it.

It didn’t work with one of my pup’s stool issue and looks like even worsened my other pup stool

Boy is this a hit. My friend runs a foster home and has a revolving door of puppies up for adoption. The kibble is medium-sized and round.The ingredients are good. The first several ingredients are deboned chicken, chicken meal, brown rice, barley, oat groats, turkey meal, chicken fat, dried plain beet pulp, and flaxseed, etc.This kibble is made in the USA but the ingredients are sourced globally. This is for puppies under one year.The puppies definitely love this food. The current price of $19.43 for 4 pounds is expensive but competitively priced. From the puppies' perspective for taste alone, this food is 5 stars. However, my friend also told me the next day that the pups had diarrhea the next day. This is typical of the immediate change of food and the only reason I rated this 4 stars as one has to be aware to work this food gradually into their diet. This is really not the fault of the food but the fault of introducing this all at once (instead of gradually) to the puppies.

Received this product on May 12, my 24 pound bag set to expire June 3 of the same year. Haven’t even gotten around to opening the bag until today as we were finishing our previous 24lb bag for our dog and noticed it was expired. Super bummed! :(
