All of the reviews are right. The worst part about this is that it looks great. It is the tallest faucet which is what I wanted. It looks and feels like a pro faucet. It would be more USABLE if 2 things changed. One you don’t need two faucets. The lower faucet is too low a s doesn’t go into the middle of the sink. Most faucets are 8.5 to 10” into the sink this is more like 7.5. Also the lower faucet is too low so washing dishes plates bowls under it is not easy. The sprayer works nicely but you can’t pull it down more than 2 or 3 inches. You can’t possible reach all of the corners of your sink. If this thing had an actual pup down part to the faucet it would work better.

After installing this faucet we realized the arm is too short for cleaning pots or larger items. The arm with spring (pull down) doesn't have enough movement (just about 2.5 inches) and doesn't even lock to stay on. When cleaning a pot you will have to hold the pull down with one hand to keep the water running and with another hand you will have to hold the pot which is not practical. Overall the material is strong and looks good but it is misleading and definitely and obviously a very bad design. I will not buy any other KRAUS product again.

It is a beautiful faucet, but the nozzle does not extend, so your hard spray is a foot above the sink and splatters everywhere. I even called Kraus customer service about it and they hear that complaint alot, but it is the way it is designed. They don't even offer a longer hose that you could switch out to. I really thought that such a tall sprayer would have a great reach, but it is purely aesthetic and not functional. Also, after turning off the spray the pot filler portion drips for a long time. I have a feeling this faucet will have to be replaced or I will have to keep a towel right there all the time to wipe down everything every time the spray nozzle is used. I am so sad. I purchased my sink and faucet before the remodel started and installed six months later, so I am not able to return it. Please make sure you understand what your are buying! It is pretty, but does not function as it appears that it should.

I've had this installed for a few weeks now, and washed more than enough pots and pans to know that purchasing this was a huge mistake. Yes it looks great (the main reason I purchased), and from what I can tell the manufacturer makes quality products, but this is just a horribly designed nightmare. The sprayer is almost unusable. I made the mistake of not reading all the reviews and comments, or I would have not purchased a faucet with such a useless sprayer function.Since it does not extend, you only get as much length as you can pull on the spring. Pulling to the point where it feels like the faucet may break, the sprayer nozzle is only an inch or two below the faucet head. About 5" above the sink near the center, much worse trying to pull to the edges. The affects of this are only compounded if you have a deep sink, which I do. It feels like I'm trying to wash dishes with a garden hose from across the room.I absolutely love the aesthetics of this faucet, but it completely sucks to use. I threw away all my packaging after getting it installed, being optimistic that it wouldn't that bad and I'd get used to it. It is beautiful after all, and I wanted to like it. Unfortunately I'd rather return it, having gotten to the point that I absolutely hate it now. :(

I don't usually write reviews but...This faucet is simply sexy! It looks amazing in my open concept living area. High quality, Great price, Easy to install, Wonderful functionality, & amazing water pressure! LoveLoveLove

UPDATED 12/30/2020: Almost always now when I turn on the faucet, the water pulsates and will spray a fine mist from between the spray head and lever. I really DONT KNOW what the root cause is but I'm getting very FRUSTRATED!!!UPDATED 09/04/2020: The spray head washer (I think this is the root cause) is leaking. This is causing thumping from the faucet nozzle. When I use the spray head, the thumping stops. Not sure where to get a replacement washer.Original:The quality of this faucet is on point! I have been through two other gooseneck/spring faucets for about $100 and both failed.First, let me say the installation of this faucet was a breeze! The water hoses were long enough to get make a comfortable installation. Solid construction, nice finish.Downside:(picky) spray handle will get hot if hot water runs a few minutes.No way to lock sprayer head on!That's it! Very happy with my purchase.

I did a tremendous amount of research before buying this faucet for my new kitchen. I learned a great deal about faucets in general (probably more than I wanted to!) and know that I made the right choice. This faucet is built to last, versatile and sturdy. It felt solid coming out of the box and not a plastic piece in sight! It is just the right height and the hand spray feature is a hoot and so much better than the cheesy sprayer to the side featured in standard faucet set ups. The counter area is neater looking, contained, no more worrying about the sprayer tube getting caught up under the sink. If I had one critique it would be that the spigot arm (not the sprayer) is just a little too short so that when rinsing something under it water tends to splatter onto the counter at the base of the faucet, but that minor inconvenience isn't something that would deter me from highly recommending this faucet. Worth every penny.

Looks amazing and feels like a solid product but if you want a pull down sprayer that reaches inside your sink, this product won't do that. Pull down is about 5" and stops about 4" above the sink top. If that's fine for your application then I'm sure it will work well. Compared to other pull down faucets, most of them pull down at least to their base (i.e. the sink top), and most that we tried from Blanco, Franke, Delta and Moen pull down about 5-6" below their base, well into the sink area. We have to return it as we wanted a pull-down sprayer with more range. Not sure what the use of the pull down spayer is as designed. Too bad - looks awesome but pull down sprayer is almost useless in my opinion. If they could fix that, I'd buy it. Bad design - think it was designed for a pull-out application and changed as a re-package that doesn't really work.

This was a beautiful faucet! The gold was not the color we thought it would be (we were expecting brighter). Also the detachable nozzle did not stretch enough for us with our set up. This piece with the right decor could be like jewelry and be a real statement in your kitchen. This particular faucet is quite high so make sure you check to see the dimensions work. Definitely with considering as the quality is there for the price.

Such a beautiful product. I was really sad when I noticed the 3 dinks on the faucet. Plus, the pot filler looks a bit crooked: water is going in the sink at an angle. I never gave a bad review in my life but I’m kind of mad that I paid 350$+ for a faucet that is chipped and a bit crooked. Cross your fingers if you order and you might be luckier than I was and receive one that’s in good shape..! I show two of the dinks in my pictures.

I LOVE it!!! The solid construction of this tap is phenomenal! It has a pot filler tap as well as a spray tap that comes out of the base with a little nozzle on the back that turns the spray on (turn it right) and locks it on the spray. A very classy, most beautiful 😍 addition to the gorgeous sink we purchased. I can’t say enough about it!!! Thank you 🙏❤️

Really solid faucet that shuts off instantly with no dripsz has a beefy vegetable sprayer, and looks amazing. Few things to note of vital importance--if you use your sprayer frequently, the magnetic retaining collar will eventually (in less than 1yr) completely destroy the finish on the top of the sprayer handle. It also doesn't pull down. Be aware of this before buying.
