It says it can cut stainless steel, what cutting wheel is in this?

It can cut stainless steel pipe, the cutting wheel is a hardened steel alloy.

can I cut a galvanised mild steel conduit? 20mm or 25mm.

I have used mine to cut some galv steel air pipes, but it is not as powerful as the industrial ones, so you would need to take it steady. It is great for cutting a pipe in tight spaces. I use it mainly for small aluminium pipes.

Does this cut 22mm pipe size

As stated in the description, it cuts pipe from 5mm to 50mm outside diameter. So yes it can cut 22mm pipe depending on its material and 2all thickness.

Would this cut a scaffold tube?

I very much doudt it .It struggled to cut 41 mm x3mm wall Aluminium tube requiring regular oiling and the cutting wheel ran off line . Better using a mini angle grinder with diamond tipped disc
