Lithium aspartate (which is a natural mineral) may help to stabilise moods and feelings of anxiety.I have been taking these following a road traffic accident which has left me very nervous getting into my car and being a passenger. After taking them I definitely seem a little more calmer and less anxious getting into my car or someone else's.At £13.99 for 60 capsules (2 months supply) which you take at 1 a day preferably with a meal the price seems pretty decent tbh without me having to go to my GP.These capsules make no claims about their ability to calm anxiety and moods although it is well documented online about their potential, even for people with bipolar disorder.These capsules contain 5mg of lithium aspartate and brown rice flour (400mg) and are manufactured on equipment that processes products containing nuts, milk, shellfish, fish and soya so bear this in mind.They arrive sealed but do not have a child proof safety cap so these must be kept out of the reach of children.As with all supplements especially if you're pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescription medicine or have a medical condition, consult with your doctor before taking these.There doesn't appear to be any batch number or best before date printed on these supplements so I'm not entirely sure if these actually go out of date! Most supplements do, so this might be something the manufacturer needs to address.

I must be honest, I don’t know what lithium aspartate contributes to or even what places it comes from naturally, but I have quite a poor immune system, so I’m always willing to give something a try. I did think lithium was a mood enhancer, but I’m not sure if this is the same type.5mgs seems quite low compared to other supplements that I take. I’ve been taking these alongside some other multivitamins, so it’s hard to know whether these are making a difference on their own.These I’ve found are easy to swallow and are only taken once a day. Vegetarian friendly capsule. I’ve been taking these for over a week now and I can’t say I’ve had any negative reactions.

I was looking for something to help me stabilize my mood. I have been suffering from depression my whole life and take prescription medication for that. Lately I noticed a difference in my mood and I really didn't want to increase my prescription meds. I decided to give these capsules a go, I have been taking them daily for nearly 3 weeks now and feel stable again.It is really hard to tell if it is from taking these capsules but for now, I will carry on taking them.
