Misleading level, not standard
They don’t disclose anything in the description about what is taught in this book (unless I missed it somewhere?) and the level is misleading. The standard for Korean language proficiency is TOPIK, which is divided into levels 1-6. I was not happy to discover that ‘level 5’ is based on this company’s arbitrary scale, with no disclosure that they have their own ranking system that seems to mimic but does not at all reflect the standard ranking.Other Korean workbooks have a short list of a few level-appropriate grammar points. This does not. Will be returning this upper-beginner level book.
