I've had this tape on since Sunday (it's now Thursday). I work on my feet Sunday through Thursday so this has done really well to stay on the whole work week.These pictures were taken at time of review.Edges are staying down, it's providing the level of support I need for my ankle and works well. The edges are JUST starting to look a bit ratty, but looks like they'll be able to stay down for quite a bit longer.Adhesive is really good the tape has lasted 4 whole days so far. (I was careful to not let it get soaked in water for too long during showers, since the heat can loosen the adhesive. Getting it wet is fine just know the longer its submerged in warm water the looser the adhesive will become)Good stretchability of the tape allows you to have tension in the right spots.Relief from pain really depends on if you apply the tape correctly, but it will add pressure so you'll likely feel it. But for me it's worked wonders.I found my ankle pain(previous torn ligament makes me likely to get tendonitis) is reduced after having extra support to keep in a neutral position.This has helped me greatly with my walk to and from work (1.5hrs each way) and standing all shift.Much cheaper than some other brands of KT tape while being effiencient and isn't bulky like a reusable support.Major negative is that its single use. But I feel like that's mitigated by the fact it can last so long and it's not a case of needing to reapply every day.A note(tips) about all kt products:-first off always cut the corners into curves, it helps prevent it from peeling slowly.-And one thing I learned the hard way: if you're going to put this over skin with hairs, shave the hairs first because this stuff STICKS (and hurts when it pulls awkwardly on the hairs)-And the most important one, do NOT tear it off when you feel done with it, get a hot bath and soak it, if that doesn't help to loosen the adhesive, dry off and get some oil and rub it over the edges and let it soak into the tape.If you rip off the tape you will most likely end up with blisters and tears on the skin.-Make sure to look up how to apply the tape appropriately for you needs and try to follow as close as you can.

Got this tape in the skin colour way and it’s amazing. The glue is super sticky so this can easily last up to a week.It’s so much better than the last generic cheap tape I got so will be sticking with this version going forward.I’m genuinely blown away with how good the quality is for the price.

The tape was fantastic at relieving pain in my trapezius muscle, however when it came to removal it was extremely painful.My back had swelled up where the tape had been and two days later my back is still very angry and you can see red marks where the tape was.Honestly it’s fantastic, but if you have sensitive skin perhaps consider alternatives. I used to use a tape I could buy in a local shop and I never reacted to that one but for some reason this tape I’ve reacted to really badly.

Felt an instant relief when I used this on my knees. Was able to move more and got better sleep. Adhesion was good. No instructions of how to apply but google search gave enough info. A bit of trial and error with stickiness. For me, best to put on during day, remove at night and apply moisturiser to the area. If done in reverse, can affect stickiness. I guess if applied to area of sweat, may compromise stickiness. Overall very happy with product, ease and flexibility of use. Have reordered product. Tried another product without the stretch but found I needed the slight stretch. Down to individual preference/need.

Very good product. Helps reduce muscle pain. Flexible and easy to use.

It really helps and does what it claims. However, I found that it was leaving sores on my skin. It could be due to an allergy, but it's always best to be cautious with anything that causes skin irritation.

The media could not be loaded. An essential item in my house. I ordered it for my knee and ankle muscle support and for the pain relief, and it worked out well and never disappointed. the fabric quality is soft , waterproof, and stretchy.helped me greatly with my walk to and from cooking time too.morever , it was 👍 value for money.

This is for my son who has knee problems and it helps him and lasts he is hairy but still sticks to him great quality
