Great Purchase!!
I started playing Ultimate Frisbee, and constantly dropped the disc when participating in tournaments. I wanted to purchase some gloves to help combat this problem, so I decided to purchase these gloves. Honestly, they are fantastic. They have a nice grip, and it's very lightweight, that I honestly forget I even have them on. They don't affect my performance and are really comfortable to wear. I would definitely recommend purchasing this if you are looking to have more grip when playing Frisbee.

Enhances catching, throwing, bruise protection, and warmth for winter playing
These fit nicely and help to protect my hands when playing winter frisbee, both to keep them a little warmer and to provide a bit of cushioning when catching -- my hands otherwise get 'brittle' when it's 50 or below and the frisbee can easily bruise, and my skin has no grip when it's cold, so these solve that problem too.I don't play ultimate, just throw and catch, but I will say that the frisbee really stays in your hand no matter how tenuous your grasp might be as you run to get it. But as my friend's asked - what about throwing, are they too grippy/sticky to let go when throwing? No! They give just the right amount of grip to throw and let go of it with some spin, and are fitted enough that there is no 'cumbersome' feel inhibiting your connection and ability to direct it when throwing. Summer (temperate weather) bare-handed playing is still my preference, but these enable me to play a bit in the winter and not hibernate for 6 months.

The adhesive loses its stickiness
The adhesive loses its stickiness over time with frequent use, but aside from that, these gloves are still worth using.

The ultimate for ultimate
I play with a lot of older guys and most wear these so I decided to give them a shot to level the playing field, plus my manual dexterity takes a hit after a coyote hours in the cold. I got a different pair at first and they didn't fit quite right nor do much for the cold. Tried these and absolutely love them.

Ultimate in the cold
These gloves fit snugly and made playing Ultimate in the cold (45°) much more enjoyable. I just needed 10 minutes to adjust to the grip, and was good to go. Doesn't affect forehand or backhand throws negatively in my experience.I do wish the palm size was about 1cm longer to better fasten around the wrist.

Good fit, great grip
I've tried several different brands of athletic gloves for frisbee, and this is the first one that I haven't had to "get used to" before my throws felt natural and reliable. They're flexible and fairly form-fitting, with grip in the right spots for both catching and throwing. They're not particularly insulating (I think Friction Gloves sells a different version for that), but they definitely make it more comfortable to play in cold/wet weather compared to bare hands. The grippy material on the palms and fingers doesn't feel as durable as I expected, but I haven't had any problems with wear and tear so far. They're a bit more expensive than some of the other frisbee-specific gloves on the market right now, but so far I think it's been worth it.

Fantastic grip
Playing disc golf in rain or snow is a pain. Everything is telling you that you should not be throwing discs at this moment in time. Not with the friction gloves! I wanted to try these to cope with weather. They work flawlessly, almost too well. Any excess moisture on the disc is laughed at by the friction 3. Mine have got rained and snowed on and my grip remained the same. On my drives I feel like the gloves really equalize and adverse effects the weather or moisture have on the disc. Before I used them I assumed I would take them off to putt but after a few rounds I feel like I have the same touch I do without it on. Friction customer service is great. I would 100% recommend if you are on the fence about adding these to your game

Why can't I buy two right handed gloves?
Please allow for people to buy 2 right handed gloves, or 2 left handed gloves. I really like the product, but now I have a great new glove, and a useless one. It would be nice to have two right handed gloves. So if I tear one I have a back up.
