This product is very poor quality cutting up a saddle of lamb and blade has chipped and bent do not buy

Found it very useful to cut and dice whole chicken and filets, first time used good experience made things a lot easier, not heavy enough for getting through bone chopping of lamb or mutton but handy nonetheless.
