Great for card making
This tape is wonderful for card making. Low tack does not rip paper and offers crisp lines. Will purchase again!

If you are painting, then you NEED this tape
Frogtape comes in yellow and green. I find the yellow one is much easier to work with as it is thinner and you can shape it a little easier than the green one. The yellow one is also for delicate surfaces so it far less likely to peel paint off when removing the tape.It really does work too! The paint lines are as sharp as can be.One note with using this, or any other painting tape, As soon as you are done painting a section then you should remove the tape as soon as possible. I thought that I should wait until the paint dried but that was a mistake because some of your new paint will be torn up as you remove the tape. So, make sure that your new paint is still wet when removing the tape!

Peels off paper with no rips!
I bought this for taping down watercolor paper with the intention of removing the tape after painting. The blue tape ripped my paper no matter how much I rubbed it on my clothes and furniture to reduce its stickiness. The yellow tape seemed super sticky too when I pulled it off the roll, but I’m happy to report that I was able to (carefully) remove it from paper with no rips! So happy to find this yellow tape solved my problem.

Love this stuff for my murals!
As a full time muralist, I started using this tape about a year ago. I love it. Leaves a nice clean edge and even better, it's slightly translucent, so I can place the tape over my drawing and still see the lines. Perfect.However......I think I ordered two twin packs of this tape. One roll arrived partially used. Nice. It wasn't much. Maybe 15 or 20 feet? I noticed that the end of the tape of one roll wasn't straight and was kind of crinkled. Not usual. So when I laid that roll on top of another roll that looked unused, it was about and eighth of an inch smaller in diameter. So...not good. Somebody was a bad boy or girl:-)Not a huge deal....

Great tape for card making
This tape works great for card making-holding card stock while coloring and stamping and hold dies to card stock before cutting. Removes easily.

I like this tape because it can be used on paint ...
I have painted several homes inside & out over the last few years and experimented with different tapes. I like this tape because it can be used on paint that hasn't fully cured (less than 3-4 weeks). I generally wait 5-7 days after painting before I apply this tape to that surface and have left this tape down for as long as a week before pulling it off. I have never had it pull up any paint which is more important to me than the drawback - it doesn't always completely seal at the edges. I've gotten my best results by going over the tape with a wet sponge after applied so the edge lock makes a good seal before paint.

Best tape for paint barn quilt squares or any intricate design
I have used almost a mile of this tape making barn quilts in the upstate NY area. I strongly recommend using the YELLOW frog tape. The secret to success is to paint the lightest color first, let's say white. Then, when you tape off the white areas for painting light blue, paint along the edge of the tape with white paint - the same color that is under the tape. I run my finger back and forth along the edge of the tape to force the tape down and to make sure the edges are sealed by the new paint. Messy, but it works. Any tape will have some color bleeding under it. This way the white bleeds under onto the white that was there originally, so it does not show. When taping to protect the light blue, paint along the edges with light blue. This approach will save HOURS of touch up and frustration, and produce ALMOST perfect straight edges.

Achieve great paint results.
This is my go to tape for painting projects. It works as described. I use this on freshly painted walls and I have never had a problem with it removing fresh paint. It also does not allow paint to see under it giving you a very good trim line. I’ve been using frog tape for years and will continue to use it.

Good Adhesion. Easy Removal. No Residue
No matter what kind of tape you have - unless you take the time and care to put it on properly - there will be leakage. With Frog - hardly any at all I am most impressed THANK YOU!!

works well for my needs
I"m using it for crafts to hold dies and paper. It has the right amount of "tackiness" for what I need. Will be using on the walls soon.

It’s probably the only tape that doesn’t pull the paint
Great for when grouting walks to ceiling

Works conditionally
Good adhesion to painted wood. Peels off without stripping. Poor adhesion to canvas. When taped off area to spray paint with red, good adhesion above paint line. However, tape could not withstand vertical spray paint drips, tape opened and red paint seeped through gap in tape. Yellow frog tape can form a straight line under tension, unlike green frog tape. Literally had to glue down edges (yellow and green frog tape ) with Mod Podge to prevent paint seepage.

Best painters tape for fresh paint
This tape works better than any of the “blue” brand tape I’ve used. Leaves a great edge and the case it comes in is also handy. The green version of this also works great if you don’t need the delicate surface version
