Works great, looks amazing. Only complaint is the smoke from the cones stains stuff as it falls out of the holder stained my table permanantly. I recommend some kind of mat or cloth under it to catch that.

This is really unique as most of them are, interesting to watch, but all fans must be off and windows closed if there is any breeze, or you will never see the effects. Great if you have 10 minutes to just sit and watch it, can be mesmerizing. A lot of these are really cheap looking, this one at least has a bit of quality and when not lit, people will ask "what is that?" So a conversation piece. Some of these are just chintzy, ugly and ridiculous (like the one that has the smoke coming out of the girl's nippples or a boy's pee pee...wish the cones came in more flavors, they are short lasting and nice fragrances are hard to find, they all seem to smell alike.

Got this for my granddaughters birthday. Makes great gift for that person hard to buy for. The flow of the smoke is fun to watch

For that kind of money, it's a rip off, the product was really small, the comes all smell like burning wood, the cones were not in the container, they were all in the box, and the smoke didn't come down the falls until the come was almost burnt away.

This thing is really cool looking when it gets going. You'll want to put a pad of some sort under it though, or it will get the surface all sticky.

Love this! The backflow cascading down the burner is wonderful, It works beautifully. In the pic. I bought all of this together, delivery was swift only 2 days. Would definitely recommend this.Happy Burning! :-)

Did not come with any incense cones! Had to buy my own, but works as shown.

I thought it would be bigger, so heads up they are kinda of small probably a little bit larger than the palm of your hand. I have no complaints other than the size, my brother loved it and he uses it all the time, works great. Another heads up tho if you use the colored scents, the smoke tends to stain whatever surface you have the product placed on but it was an easy clean so it’s nothing too crazy to be worried about. Other than that it was a great purchase and I’ll probably be getting myself one in the future.
