Every now and then, I grab a can or two of this flaked crab for my crabbie cookies—my own little twist on crab cakes, but in a crispier form. It’s a special secret recipe I save for when I’m craving crunch and flavor instead of sweets. This crab is consistently fresh-tasting, easy to work with, and always hits the spot. Definitely a pantry staple in my kitchen!

This is almost a trash product. Literally. It's almost as if this is just all the stuff they pull out of the bottom of the screen when pouring off the water when they're done cooking the crab. Just nothing but Micro pieces of crab and shell all mixed together. Incredibly unpleasant. And mostly water. If you squeeze it out you end up with like two heaping tablespoons of crab meat. And like I said a quarter of that is shells.

This is the best crab on the market.Put in enchiladas but my favorite since I don’t like plan eggs is put it in scrambled eggs or omelet and top it with sour cream and some tomatio salsa

Wonderful value priced crab meat. This crab is perfect for crab cakes or crab stuffing for fish, like stuffed flounder. Will buy again.

I've purchased this before and had no issues. However, this purchase...product is very watery, very grainy/mealy, and zero flavor. Well, a slight fishy flavor which crabmeat should not have. Not returnable, of course, but I will never buy this type/brand any time soon. It was just bad all around, even after draining it, it still retained water so I had to squeeze it and ended up with about a third of a can. It wasn't flakes, it was tiny little pieces that had the look and consistency of sand.
