A used product has been delivered to me
I ordered an iris scanner, but it arrived with a Fino Payments Bank sticker on it, which clearly shows that the device is used, not new. This means a used product has been sold to me as new, which is fraud. Now, the app is showing that the product is not eligible for return or replacement, which is unacceptable. I want either a full refund of my money or a brand-new unused product. If this issue is not resolved, I will be forced to take further action.
