The book is painfully plagued by thousands of grammar mistakes of the most embarassing kind. It looks like sentences were just scrambled together with no subjects and no or wrongly spelled verbs. Even though the idea of building up investment checklists is good, I felt like I got cheated. Shame on the so-called author!
